People are usually very friendly. Good balance between work and personal life. Good benefits!

Cons

A company founded by Basilians managed by Basilians for Basilians. If you’re not Basilian and have any type of ambition, you’ll be wasting your time here. Lots of fluff everywhere! Also, an extremely hierarchical mindset.

We deeply care about it and we encourage every Gympasser to take full advantage of our PTO, hybrid/remote work policies, flexible schedule, and free access to the Gympass Gold plan among other benefits. In terms of opportunities for internal talent, we have several initiatives in place to support our Gympassers: IDP (Individual Development Plan), access to our training platforms, possibility to contribute to new projects, and also apply to internal job opportunities every week (we spotlight them on our intranet!). In terms of our compensation, we strive to provide fair and competitive options in all our markets. Our Total Rewards Team is constantly verifying industry benchmarks to make sure we are on track. At Gympass, we view all of our employees as leaders, and we expect that management fosters an environment in which employees can work independently, raise disagreements, and advocate for solutions to move us forward. Our culture creates a safe space for employees to make an impact. What you are sharing sounds inconsistent with the values we strive for, and so it saddens us to hear you had that experience.
