Wellhub tem profissionais excelentes e é muito gratificante trabalhar no produto, temos um equilíbrio fantástico em relação a vida pessoal e trabalho.

Cons

Mesmo com os benefícios relacionados ao trabalho remoto e bem-estar, o salário (CLT + Bonus) e benefícios comuns (VR/VA) são bem abaixo comparados com outras empresas de tecnologia no Brasil, mais ainda se comparar com Big Techs e mercado internacional. A empresa também tem passado por cortes de gastos, dificilmente temos eventos da empresa e bônus de natal, promoções parecem cada vez mais difíceis.

Dynamic environment, which is constantly evolving. It's really cool to be able to follow the growth and evolution of the product and the company and see that we are part of it. People really help each other. Environment is very collaborative Flexibility

Cons

Like any company that grows very quickly, many processes are still not well organized and it takes a lot of resilience to adapt to constant changes. There are always too much work to do. They have this less is more culture, so all the teams are very lean. Many leaders come from the same companies and are personal friends. Not that they aren't good professionals, but this has a huge impact on the team's diversity. I work in the commercial area and commissioning rules are constantly changing.
