Pros

Everyone I've worked with on the marketing team is extremely kind, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. I think the company culture with a global team is really fun and it's honestly nice to get away from the "American hustle culture." It really feels like everyone's working toward the same goal so we've got each other's backs. Overall: great people, it's fun marketing this product, amazing flexibility, room for creativity, and never pressured to work long hours or during blocked times on my calendar for lunch, etc., encouraged to take time off -- you start with 5 weeks PTO! (I think a lot of negative reviews on here come from the sales teams, which from what I've seen makes sense. Other teams operate very differently)

Cons

The biggest downside I've experienced is it's really hard to progress in your career here. You might want to ask during your interviews what "level" you're being hired for and see if it fits your experience because you'll be stuck there for a long time. Moving from one level to another is extremely difficult, and completely subjective to whether you have a promotion-happy manager or not. So I guess I should really say for some people it's easy, for others it's not, and it's definitely not based on the work you're doing. You do NOT get promoted if your responsibilities increase or if your job changes. You only get promoted once you've been "doing the job of the level above you for some time." I think it's specifically set up this way so you're "proving yourself" by doing the extra work, and the company gets all the benefit of that without having to pay you for it.
