Cons

Despite the many amazing aspects of working at Gympass, there are some challenges. While the company being fairly large with nearly 2K employees, it still operates like a startup. which can be demanding and at times leads to difficulties in collaboration and communication.

Remote working and flexible working hours - you can decide on your own if you want to go to the office or stay at home. Competitive salaries Benefits: Gympass plan, full health insurance, remote working, around 30 days of PTOs (depending on your tenure at Gympass) and full flexibility to take them. Positive work environment Clear growth plans and growth opportunities (with well structured evaluation cycles)

Cons

Team structures and priorities might change and this can be a challenge but, at the same time, gives you many growth opportunities

Thank you for your detailed review! You've highlighted so many of the incredible benefits that Gympassers enjoy. To touch on one of them, PTO usage is something that we really emphasize. Having vacation days granted is one thing, but feeling fully supported and encouraged to utilize them is the key cultural attribute that enables employees to experience the benefits of unplugging from their work. At Gympass, we actively encourage employees to utilize their time off, and we support our colleagues when they are OOO so they can truly unplug!
