It is something we've carefully developed and refined to make it a meaningful opportunity for employees to reflect on their past work and understand how to grow in the coming year. We collect feedback from several stakeholders and hold calibration sessions to ensure the process is conducted consistently and fairly. In terms of our benefits offerings, we seek to provide competitive options across all of our markets, and our Compensation & Benefits team consults industry benchmarks to make sure we are on track.
