Pros

The people I work with are the best, everyone is passionate and cares.

Cons

Leadership doesn't care as much. They only care about performance, not about you as an individual and human, they only look at you as a number, which is a huge shame.

In terms of opportunities for internal talent, we have several initiatives in place to support our Gympassers: IDP (Individual Development Plan), access to our training platforms, possibility to contribute to new projects, and also apply to internal job opportunities every week (we spotlight them on our intranet!).
