Pros
The Company offers a healthy environment for work, allows you to keep a flexible agenda with hybrid-remote work. Many main roles, as directors and C-levels are occupied by females, which shows the concern for representative and creates a more diverse and inclusive environment as well. The benefits, overall, are competitive such as the salary. The Company has been showing a responsible set of business management in terms of the moment of the market, reducing unnecessary expenses and hiring based on mature projections and not on promesses.
Cons
Even though it's a global company, there are a lot of employees from Brazil and the company doesn't foresee any sort of benefit related to language studies, which in my point of view makes it harder for creating an even more diverse work environment. In addition to that, the hybrid-flexible can also become a filter for people outside SP, who will need to afford their routine going to the office when called, on their own, which, depending on the level of the job title, can it more difficult to manage.
