Pros

Community Service is encouraged. Great name brand. People like the free stuff given away. Great Benefits.

Cons

Working Saturdays suck. Selling things to people who don't need it gets old. Most customers are fairly stupid when it comes to money, so trying to explain why they should get three savings accounts is useless.

Pros

Higher pay than other banks. Fantastic benefits - extensive PTO, Tuition Reimb. Opportunity to build communication skills. Fun work environment.

Cons

Inense sale pressure - if you are not selling, you are not succeeding. In-store branches have very small spaces. Promotions have a lot to do with being on the good side of DM... aka "brown-nosing", but that's a given everywhere.

Pros

- Performance based promotions - Plenty of positions available for advancement - Great benefits - Great vacation time - Great training

Cons

- Daily sales quotas - High pressure sales environment - Will be pressured to open accounts for family and friends - You are only as good as your numbers (not always a bad thing) - Must operate in the gray area in order to hit your quotas
