Pros

The managerial team was very supportive at all times. Training was extremely thorough, and I feel it was beneficial even though I did not ultimately stay in the banking industry. There were employee-initiated sessions to refresh our knowledge and comfort level with both new products and services as well as those that had been offered for some time. Management was always quick to give accolades for sales accomplishments, no matter how small.

Cons

Very sales driven culture. Can be very stressful at times. You must sell 8 products to every customer that walks in the door.

Cons

The atmosphere is very SALES INTENSIVE, from the top of the corporation to the bottom. If you are not comfortable in a sales-driven working environment, then this is probably not the best employer for you.
