Cons
-you get a number when you enter and all your communication is sent to your email with your number. You get treated like a number. -back office has no accountably to look after it's people. The culture in UK office is poor as are the internal systems.Eg I logged a requirement for a new laptop and and nobody responded in 4 months. Another example: the outsourced pay centre got my tax form wrong, and it took 20 emails and a lot of tracking down just to find out who was responsible. In the end I had to send multiple requests for correcting the form and I had to escalate it up to leadership. Lots more examples. -big Indian clique with no diversity. Workers will often break into Hindi , Tamil or Gujarati over lunch conversations when there are people present who don't speak those languages. -no culture to reward good work. No pay increases in 4 years. -submissions for promotion get ignored. I was proposed and heard nothing for 6 months. In the end I left the company -learning platform is basically noise. Training doesn't deliver any real upskilling. -bidding is chaotic. If you have a client meeting, everyone tries to muscle in on your meeting. -projects can often be non value add to clients. I was asked to build a benefits case for a client who had already bought access to our crowdsoursing platform and didn't need the benefits case. I was asked to map telephone banking processes at a bank where the client sponsor had left and the systems were already site for replacement.
