Pros
The people, at the time of my tenure the devoloper teams/ the recruiters and the new guys in to support direction were simply outstanding to work with. They were the culture. Creatinga great environemnt to deliver quaility work
Cons
The wider organisations approach to delivery - they were not agile in practice, believing in mass poor engineering delivery over quality specific tactical thinking. The amount opf blockers really hampered approach. How we were treated towards the end and through redundancy was also really poor all round
