Pros
There are many in house learning programs which is very useful to upskill yourself. There are many projects available in company giving an opportunity to one's exposure on different domains.
Cons
Salary not at par with market standards. Be prepared not to get salary increment for first two years due to constant changes in increment cycle which further downgrades your pay. Most upper management are clue less on what's going on and some have a very beaurocratic way of running things which makes the work environment of such project very toxic.
