      You'll get help with training, certification. Good opportunity to upskill.

      Cons

      There are very few good dev projects. Compensation for freshers are not good. Benefits are not good compared other organizations.

      Pros

      Good work life balance Good for someone who has experience of 10+ Years, and want a smooth life with less expectation.

      Cons

      You will be furloughed during thanksgiving and Christmas time. Difficult to get promotion No hikes Out of 15-18 days of leaves per year you have to apply for furlough for 8-12 days every year. You need to plan your vacations during that time to utilize those PTO PS: it is not company’s fault, this is how service based companies works ( tcs, infosys, cognizant etc)
