      It is a job that will hire anyone

      Cons

      Wipro does not hire qualified people and they have a lot of payroll errors. It is very hard to receive your paycheck, be it correct or incorrect from them.

      Pros

      Regular paychecks, better than nothing benefits, something to put on resume, coffee and lunch, decent office space. Slightly better than being unemployed.

      Cons

      Lack of strategy, no respect for employees, top level executives are doing nothing and sucking the budget dry. Parasites. They have failed with their clients and failed with talent. Pretentious double-talking creatives who lack 'How To." Only the mediocre survive. (Many employees walk out of this office with nothing to go to. What does that say?)

      Pros

      * Team Culture is good in Wipro Tech. * Diverse opportunities for the career path chosen. * Management recognises the effort put in. (but not recognised in hikes!)

      Cons

      * Rewards for the effort, is pretty low. * Wipro Infotech, politics plays a big role. * Rehire policy, is for 5 years. So, if you quit, because of low pay, and try to join back within 5 years, your salary will be considered from where you left off, and corresponding hikes as provided by Wipro during the last 1 - 5 years.
