It's a stupid policy where your manager plays the bully and removes his opponents from the team. It shouldn't be forced. Also after 45 days you are ousted from company if you fail to secure another project.

Very bad infrastructure in the offices. Lots of training for even experienced. Communication test for even experienced associate after joining the organization. if you fail in first attempt, you will be on PIP. Lots of politics to get a project. Manager will treat you like they are giving a employment. 45 days bench after that salary will be on hold, after 90 days on bench your separation process will be started. Please do not join for salary, if you have other opportunities don't join this organization. There will be always pressure to complete training in short notice period along with pressure from project work. They don't even have many projects, you have to find your own project and need to follow up with RMG everyday.
