Pros
1) Stability that comes with a great old brand. 2) You get to work on projects from the most popular and valuable brands/companies. 3) Plenty of projects to choose from if you are on bench. (this from my own experience) 4) Bench period is 90 days. You get a lot of calls during that time. 5) good canteen/cafeteria 6) You can work in flexible hours in WFH + WFO combiation. 7) Decent number of paid leaves + carry forward from previous year.
Cons
1) Mandatory WFO for 3 days per week. You need to travel for endless hours through extremely congested traffic. There is no relief of any kind for those who suffer from this. Even if you are an individual contributor, you still need to visit the office for absolutely no reason. 2) Salary increment is very very less. You may not even get it. It depends entirely on company's financials for that year. 3) Management is unaware about emploee's contributions, They hardly interact with you. 4) There is no point in refering someone from the employee reference portal. You never get to know what happened to the candidate that you had referred.
