Pros

The ability to be hybrid. Period.

Cons

Punitive style of operating. No encouragement to build a team with your coworkers. Extreme thought-policing activities. Non-collaborative. Clique-y. Unprofessional. Unengaged supervisors. Patronizing language used by members of leadership. Unfair Paid-Time Off practices, they steal PTO away from all workers who earn it. Threatening discourse of 'losing government contract, will not have a job' is used often as a form of negative reinforcement on the working team as a whole.
