More than one year ago, the company had a complete different culture, more concerned about the people's wellbeing, it was a pleasure working for them back then... however that's not longer the case, further details on cons.
Cons
The company was sold to a new investor, the cultural change was noticeable from day one. They are now more concerned about billing than people, it's awful working here, unfulfilled promises, no meritocracy, not clear paths for internal growth, they are bringing people from outside with better salaries and dont care about the people already hired, the hiring process is a nightmare. People is involved in many internal initiatives, which are not necessarily part of their role, however the company is always ungrateful with people's time and work. Many people has expressed the same concerns in their exit interview, with no plans, actions neither adjustments done. They have converted an awesome place to work into a nightmare place to stay.
