      - Because this is an outsource company so sometimes you might be on hold for a while - No other bonus besides salary

      Pros

      Our leadership is quite special and is very diverse, they truly care for both the individual and the business. The culture is incredible Wizeliners of all levels are quite collaborative and eager to share knowledge with each other. Our projects are very exciting and we touch many industries with established companies to startups. So there is something for everyone. Additionally, this is a company on Hyper-growth, with a very healthy demand for it's best-in-class services. Wizeline Academy is an amazing perk, there we can learn multiple topics to enhance your skills and resume, there are also apprenticeship programs where Wizeliners can learn by doing along side subject-matter experts. Another area that I really like is that this company was born globally diverse and inclusive from day one, its part of the culture and it shows.

      Cons

      Fast growing companies are not for everyone, Wizeline moves at a thousand miles an hour and requieres people to be fast learners and confortable with change.
