      Wizeline provides paid AWS, GCP and Azure certifications among other resources to learn and keep growing as a professional. The team has outstanding principles and very good ethics on their day to day. Wizeline is indeed a people first company.

      Engineers : Manager ratio is higher than usual, the company needs to hire more middle managers

      Hypergrowth keeps most employees on their feet. Dynamic management style can come across as confusing to many.

      Wizeline gets it right in its focus on talent and creating a truly inclusive work environment. And the focus on talent is not limited to career development opportunities for Wizeliners. Wizeline also provides free educational opportunities in the communities where it operates. This commitment to doing well by doing good is just another positive for Wizeline. Wizeline also attracts great clients and projects which is a further plus. It can do this not only because its talent is excellent but also because there is a culture fit with clients. I would highly recommend Wizeline - not only as a great place to work for but also as a great place for clients to work with.

      If you aren't used to taking ownership and being proactive with respect to your role, this may not be the place for you.
