      Pros

      Unlike many latin american companies, they do really care about the employees and as a costarrican that is very good news

      Cons

      The only cons I can think about are the ones that comes with being a company that deals with service providing to several clients, like tough clients and so on

      Pros

      - Everyone is nice and helpful. - A lot of very good projects and clients, and you can easily move to a different project in case you are not learning in your current project. - A lot of slack channels to help you get connected with other Wizeliners with your own hobbies and interests. - The office has a GYM. - The office has a place to meditate or do prayers. - Decent coffee. - English and Spanish classes for all employees. - Breakfast and Lunch with different menus, normal/vegetarian/vegan/... - Wizeline Academy that supports you learning whatever skills you want/need. - The salary is good enough to have a decent life in GDL.

      Cons

      - You have to prepare some papers that take a long time to get promotions, the worst part is that you depend on getting feedback from clients, and they are not always helpful with these types of requests. - With the COVID and quarantine situation, you may feel isolated from Wizeline. - The company is growing, therefore it has a lot of hierarchical changes. - The salary is not the best in the market (It’s good enough though).
