Pros

- Everyone is nice and helpful. - A lot of very good projects and clients, and you can easily move to a different project in case you are not learning in your current project. - A lot of slack channels to help you get connected with other Wizeliners with your own hobbies and interests. - The office has a GYM. - The office has a place to meditate or do prayers. - Decent coffee. - English and Spanish classes for all employees. - Breakfast and Lunch with different menus, normal/vegetarian/vegan/... - Wizeline Academy that supports you learning whatever skills you want/need. - The salary is good enough to have a decent life in GDL.

Cons

- You have to prepare some papers that take a long time to get promotions, the worst part is that you depend on getting feedback from clients, and they are not always helpful with these types of requests. - With the COVID and quarantine situation, you may feel isolated from Wizeline. - The company is growing, therefore it has a lot of hierarchical changes. - The salary is not the best in the market (It’s good enough though).

Pros

Friendly coworkers. Good culture. A lot of learning resources.

Cons

They will ask you very sensitive data and information you might have not comfortable to share with them of any "third-party",. Information such as parents addresses and permission to investigate your credit history.

Pros

I like how being at Wizeline I've able to grow a lot as a professional. I was able to work more professionally with nodeJS and React, learned golang, worked with infrastructure as code environments. Changing disciplines is also something that can be done, and I've had very interesting talks about my career with my managers. I've seen people go to data science, technical writing, devops, management.

Cons

It is a very fast paced environment, with lots of changes and growth, that can be disconcerting at times. Depending on the client you can go from a very relaxed paced to a crazy one.
