Pros

+ Leadership cares about people's career growth and makes sure you work on things you care about and want to work on + Focus on fast product development means you'll be able to tackle new initiatives that result from this on a regular basis + Estaff is approachable so anyone regardless of seniority feels comfortable + No micromanagement means you can take ownership of new projects and they trust that you get it done + Culture encourages lack of censorship when it comes to discussing challenges openly. Transparency means you're more likely to figure out a solution with colleagues. + Professional and efficient recruitment process

Cons

+ Typical growing pains of a startup like lack of established processes, but that means anyone can take initiative to establish them themselves

Pros

- Free meals for employees. - Benefits and compensation are good. - Team meetings bi-weekly. - 1:1 meeting with managers regularly. - CEO who is good at sales, and they have the excellent sales and marketing teams. - If you are the new engineer, all people are willing to help. There are many chances to grow your knowledge in the company.

Cons

- It is the pure service company. There is no innovation culture. - They talk a lot about the culture, but they don't have a good culture. - The engineering quality is mediocre. They select people with the Google style interview (algorithm, culture fit, etc.) but the coding questions are pretty easy, and culture fit evaluation is a joke. - Their process is the ad-hoc. There are a lot of inexperienced engineers who aren't able to write the good code, and many of them don't know the importance of having the proper documents or the collaborative process to make them more productive. - Gossips are all around. They don't treat the people leave the company well.
