      Many opportunities, large market and exciting

      Pros

      - Large, secular growth market - A lot of career and growth opportunities - Big, well known customers - Typical trappings of a Silicon Valley tech start-up (flex schedules, unlimited PTO, free meals etc...) This is my third start-up and the growth of Wizeline has been incredible. I have not seen a company accelerate at this speed and it is really exciting. The management team is transparent and as an employee, I have a clear understanding of our goals, revenue and overall company health. You are given room to take risks, identify new revenue opportunities and as an engineer, are able to get a significant amount of face time with clients. The CEO is experienced and cares about building an inclusive culture both in Silicon Valley and in Mexico. The leadership team is experienced and you will work with smart people - across all teams.

      Cons

      A lot of processes are still being built-out. To me, this is completely normal and mirrors the same experience I had at three other start-ups. You need to be comfortable with change, recognize the growing pains and embrace challenges.

      - Challenged and inspired by hard-working and smart colleagues - Great company values - Working with awesome software - Career growth is valued for every employee - Open environment to express needs to managers, etc - E-staff all available and open - Growing fast; lots of exciting opportunities within positions/long-term

      Cons

      No real cons. The company is growing fast, so things can change quickly. But I see this as a positive - you learn to adapt and grow everyday.

      Pros

      Wizeline hires the best people which makes the culture top-notch. The career opportunities are great, management is in the trenches with you, and regardless of position or title, your voice is heard and it is appreciated. I look forward to going into the office every day and that is truly unique. Wizeline is an exceptional company with a strong vision and maybe most importantly, we have fun together.

      Cons

      With growth comes growing pains. However, employees really do have the ability to speak up and make positive change to ensure that processes are improved upon.
