Pros

Shame on this company. All the employees should deserve better treatment

Cons

On the last and final meeting with the manager and director I was told I will be layoff due to lack of projects even I had work on roles outside of my knowledge scope such as qa and devops. Days before my layoff I guess the HR system automation sent my 3rd year anniversary email to congratulate me. Guess what both the manager and director replied with a congratulations message knowing next monday is my last day. They did not talk to me nor attempt to explain anything.

Pros

Salary, remote work policy. They are very well adapted to remote work.

Cons

When you get hired you're assigned to a customer. You are likely to be a good match for the position because the customer interviewed you as well. Once the project is over you go to the bench and wait for another assignment, but it's unlikely that you are a good match for another customer because they ask for very specific technology stacks. Maybe a year ago you had a chance to get reassigned but the market conditions are now worse. If you are hired to be assigned straight to the bench, please consider that for each potential customer you'll be interviewed again. I've heard of people being laid off without being assigned to a single customer.

Pros

Benefits according to the law.

Cons

1. They don't think about people, they only care about money. 2. Massive layoffs from one day to the next. 3. Multiple organizational changes every 2 weeks. 4. No Home office, now they want everyone to go to the office. 5. Projects that are canceled. 6. Nepotism. 7. Work overload. 8. Disorganization of managers. 9. No leadership, only bosses who care about looking good by sacrificing their team. 10. No promotions or basically multiple excuses to give promotions, career paths seem to be made so that they are not achievable.
