      Pros

      Intelligent colleagues. Lots of perks including 2 meals a day and plenty of snacks. E-staff that listens to employee feedback. Services business is taking off.

      Cons

      Software products are still getting their footing. The good news is management knows this is an area that needs to be improved and investment is going towards it.

      Amazing Opportunities and Growth at Wizeline

      Pros

      Wizeline has had explosive growth over the last year, and that growth has meant that every single person in the company has, and continues to have, the opportunity to grow his/her career with that same velocity. There is no need to sit around and wait an "appropriate" number of years in order to be promoted. Wizeline not only allows, but paves the way, for its employees to propel themselves onto a career path that they can craft for themselves.

      Cons

      Due to its sudden growth, it undergoes many of the growing pains that you expect. Every day, it becomes less of an issue, but at the moment, the company is working out the kinks and will emerge more seamless.

      I find myself surrounded by intelligent people who work hard/play hard and are excited about changing the way the world develops products and takes them to market.

      Cons

      If you are not comfortable with being challenged and pushed to grow, you may be uncomfortable with the high pace of our fast growth.
