Fast growing company with lots of early traction and growth potential. Experienced senior management. Respectful, diverse work environment. Well funded and focused on long-term growth and success. Extraordinarily honest and transparent management culture. Great location in SF. Good perks and fun culture. The entire company is involved in setting and measuring goals.

Cons

Still a startup, requires a lot of work and flexibility.

- Solid team. The organization was built from the beginning to scale. Lots of very intelligent and capable people across the organization. - Great Culture. Genuinely nice people. Lunch was always full of fun stories. - Lots to learn. No matter where you are in the organization, you get to learn a lot about product management. I think that's pretty cool.

Cons

- Having a remote team can make it hard to communicate. - Custom work for clients can overrun or delay other features planned and mapped out on the product roadmap.

Really happy to have started at Wizeline, I made the right decision! -People: Smart and driven team! They like to have fun too. -Job: Exposed to a lot of things outside of my job description, I'm able to wear a lot of hats and make decisions. -Benefits: Unlimited PTO, Free Lunch and Dinner, Medical/Dental, Great Office in Downtown SF!

Cons

I feel really great about my decision to move from a larger established organization to a smaller start-up. I don't have anything constructive to say at the moment but will update should things change.
