Pros

Work life management is fair although it depends in the project you are assigned to. Nice offices if you like to go to office (which I don't) slight benefits above law

Cons

The "forced" change into hybrid which requires 3 days per week in the office. Promotion process constantly changing and a lot of bureaucracy in order to get a higher level. Benefits above law used to be remarkable, now is like any other consultancy company. Feedback is sometimes neglected and not really taken into account. Used to be a top consultancy company, now it's just another one.

Pros

Benefits are ok - Life insurance - Medical Insurance - Savings fund It's a good place to work with different tech, due to the nature of the business being Developers as a Service, can put you in very different projects, sometimes very interesting and fun but sometimes really boring, easy money either way.

Cons

It's becoming a clone of every other outsourcing company in Mexico, working at wizeline is no different from working at softek, the things that gave wizeline the edge and made it an amazing company to work for are being slowly disregarded and falling to the same bad practices that make it feel like you're working for a family company. The referral process is a mess, I've had referred candidates and half of the time they end up stuck in "phone screening" (the very first step), with no communication whatsoever, still "open" for over two years now. Trying to raise these concerns internally only resulted in a discipline lead engineer tagging me as "complains too much" and ignoring every request after.

Pros

There is a lot of people with a lot of knowledge that is always open to teach you Constant certification and courses

Cons

- There is a lot of nepotism in the company - Some leads of disciplines are not the fit for the position - Growing in the company became very bureaucratic and is very noticeable that the friends of leads are the ones that growth - There is a huge need for growing with lowing the bar for all the positions causing a lot of issues with the client due to no-expertise from people that got hired - All the new people that got hired are getting huge salaries and higher positions without compesating people that was already way before in the company
