      Pros

      I have been a Project Manager for 3 years, and after having worked in other companies, I can tell that the culture in Wizeline is fantastic and there is still potential for making things even better. There are plenty of opportunities for growth and if you want to make a career and make an impact, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      Wizeline is relatively a young company so we are still learning. There are experiments that sometimes don't go as planned, but the lessons learned are used for future decisions.

      Good for freshers, not for experienced hires

      *It is ok if it's your first job at all *People are friendly *The offices are packed with perks such as parking lot, meals

      Cons

      *If you are an experienced hire looking for boosting your career or to learn new stuff this is not the place. They are relatively new and still learning *They have several issues regarding harassment, unfair promotions they still don't know how to handle *A vast majority of projects are in bad health, release dates are unrealistic and pushes employees to work overtime, which they don't pay
