His approach is not necessarily for people to stay at Wizeline for a long time (although you're encouraged to) but for them to be incredibly happy and productive for the time that you're here. * DevOps culture is live and present everywhere in the company. * Strong inclusion culture. * Projects that are challenging and will help you grow in your career.
