      Possible the best place for a computer engineer to work at in Mexico

      Pros

      Plenty of projects and challenges, you need to be always learning. The team is great and is always willing to help, however, you need to learn to ask for help, nobody will babysit you. Facilities are superb, especially in Guadalajara. I know plenty of work is being put in Mexico City and Queretaro to bring them to the same level. If you want to grow your career this is the company to do it.

      Cons

      Clients are not always easy. However, the internal organization is always trying to push clients to move to the next level and allow Wizeline to lead their digital change.

      * A place to work with great people, engineers, designers, product managers and thinkers * A culture where employees are encourage to experiment and grow, taking risks and ownership * I haven't been in a company where I can find so many people that I admire and I can learn from * At Wizeline one of the things that I find more powerful is the concentration of Learners and their passion for technology

      * While working with customers, a services company will always have ups and downs, some projects are more interesting than others, some customers are easier or nicer, but the challenges are always there

      Pros

      I've been working at Wizeline for more than 2 years, and I can say that it's the 1st time in my professional life that I genuinely feel happy and accomplished. At Wizeline I make a difference, my opinion matters. For the first time in my life I have an amazing Work/Life balance. Compensations and benefits are superior than the ones I had in my previous jobs. I love the flexibility Wizeline offers to all of us.

      Cons

      Wizeline is growing very fast so you have to be able to adapt to the changes.
