      - Flexible work from home policy, you can work from home if you need to spend time for yourself and family - Dress casual - International working environment where you can learn a lots from other engineers - Good food

      Cons

      - Super political ; You need to "play smart" in order to get the favor from the manager - No projects to work on, most of the time you're free - Old technologies, you may learn nothing new working here

      - Super boring projects, said a product company but turned out totally out-sourcing 100% - Do not trust the upper management, ever - Micro management - No vision or strategy to develop Apac market or VN office - Can fire you immediately or will have a way to force you to resign
