      + Good benefit + Have breakfast and lunch + Flexible working hours + Have some great engineers

      Cons

      - No clear vision or direction for the region. - Keeps changing top management positions - New members are warm welcome with all the nice words but lots of old faces suddenly disappeared without any clear reasons and nobody know they left. - Projects are not interesting.

      - New leadership has a clear strategy and is making a lot of interesting changes - Strong focus on cloud-native principles, partnering with Google and RedHat - Company allows us to work on our certifications at work, and pays for them - Feels like a very different company compared to even a couple months ago - Breakfast and lunch served every day, very nice office - Lots of new opportunities working on interesting projects - Very good work - life balance

      - Changes have caused some people to leave who were close to previous leader
