Pros

Awesome catering, flexible schedule, laid-back culture, rocket ship growth, nice perks, opportunities to develop as technical lead and engineering manager, but also to follow a technical career path, more opportunities for visibility and impact across the company, opportunity to get stock that's very likely to increase in value very fast in the next few years.

Cons

Teams today are not as strong technically speaking as in big companies such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft or Amazon, so maybe not the best place to grow very fast technically speaking. Lack of management can be confusing for some people, but it can also be a great opportunity for go-getters.

Pros

- Good offices - Catering - Gym - Average compensations & benefits - On tech side, there are really good engineers - Good culture only between tech team (company is not anymore employee-focused)

Cons

Here we go: - "Leadership strategies" changes every month. - The company is adrift, with no clear direction. - Salary adjustments or promotions are a total joke, there are folks that received 0% salary increase after their promotion or as words of our TPL "just a few received adjustment but between 2 or 3 %". - Wizeline demands a lot to participate in different initiatives in addition to your project, such as interviews, mentoring and so on, but if you work hard and prove to be someone of value, they will find a way to block you and avoid a salary adjustment or promotion. If you stop trying, they still use it as an excuse. - Attrition rates are increasing a lot. - Lately they focus more on getting you to commit more to participating in their ridiculous and absurd internal initiatives than on performing correctly on your project. - A lot of nepotism
