Multicultural organisation with talented, educated, friendly, and cooperative people. Ambitious projects and rapid growth. Excellent benefits as meals, events, payed courses, leisure areas, candies and snacks, sodas. Flexible schedules and remote working is an option. Trust is given to employees so everybody is able to negotiate their proposals and share their perspective.

Cons

Immature processes because the enterprise is new. However, this is also an opportunity to make proposals and influence positively. The organisation is growing so fast that challenges are to come, as teams integration and practical problems as seatings and lines in the dinning room during lunch.

Great people selected by great people, we all are on sync in terms of passion and knowledge, great stuff is being built here. Lots of time for yourself you can either concentrate or coexist with fun around the office. Challenges are always there and you can go and take them, just like that

Cons

You can get fat if you don't watch what you eat, there's a lot of food and snacks
