      Pros

      Solving great problems/challenges every day. Amazing work atmosphere. Everything you need in order to perform is available (training, work tools, support, etc.) Company vision is very clear and the goals are set high, but achievable. Stock option plan available is always a plus.

      Cons

      Team growing quickly always presents new and unknown challenges.

      Pros

      To work at Wizeline is amazing because you learn new things every day. It also allows you to develop an amazing career path as it's a young company but with very seasoned leaders from silicon valley. Finally, you know that to tackle everyday challenges you have an amazing team that supports you and that you can count on.

      Cons

      I do not have any cons to working at Wizeline. Of course, sometimes trouble comes like to any company that grows from 3 to 100 employees in less than three years; but thanks to a robust culture we always keep working to readjust the team, so everything works fine again.

      - People here are the most smart, passionate, committed group I have ever worked with. So it's very easy to get motivated to do your best every day. - We are working on transforming our clients' businesses through technology, so we get to play with cool, cutting-edge technologies that will bring them outsized benefits compared to what they do every day. - The atmosphere is great. Everyone is committed to doing what's right for our clients and having fun while doing so. - I share Wizeline's objective of making Guadalajara a world-class tech startup hub.

      Cons

      - Scaling a company is hard. We're going through some growing pains as some processes and structures have to be established.
