      * Talent from all over the world (US, France, Egypt, Brasil, Cuba, New Zealand, China, etc) * You'll work with extremely talented people, with great values * People are first, business is second * You'll feel challenged, never bored * A lot of support for aspiring entrepreneurs * The company hosts a lot of events that will add a lot of value to your career * Salaries and benefits are some of the best in the city * Great office location * Great work/life balance * You'll be given ownership Overall I feel that we are truly committed to transform Mexico by empowering people to transform themselves. We do that with respect for humanity, team work and by following the highest standards of success. I can assure you that you'll meet people who will have a lot of impact in the future.

      Pros

      Wizeline has grown dramatically for 2 years now, and the expectation is that this will not only continue but increase in the years to come. This is reflected not only in revenue, headcount, or offices but in the number of amazing projects you have the chance to work on. The company has brought some of the most talented people from several different countries and has assembled a team that takes the organization to its full potential. Having the chance to be part of this, learning, contributing, and facing new challenges every day, are the main things why I decided to join Wizeline in the first place. The executive team recognizes that people are the most valuable asset of the company, and Wizeline makes sure the employees have anything they need to excel at their job.

      Cons

      Hyper-growth brings a variety of issues to the structure, the processes and the organization itself. The exec-team works hard to mitigate and prevent this though.
