      Pros

      The CEO, Bismarck Lepe cares a lot! He is always available when we need a word with him. He really enjoys spending time with all Wizeliners. So as he, every member of the company cares about each other. Everyone gives the extra mile in order to become a successful company. I really love my job! I always feel happy here.

      I haven't found any cons. This has been the best company that I have ever work for.

      - Growing pains. - No much seniority among the ranks, limits growth and learning opportunities. - No clear career ladder.
