      Pros

      Can be a really cool place to learn other technologies, and get certifications. Salary is good, and depending on the project WLB can also be good

      Cons

      You have two bosses, customers and project (account) leads. If you want to grow you need to work double time in internal projects otherwise, you'll never make it. If your project closes, good luck finding a new one, you only have a couple of weeks to do so. Lack of leadership, wizeline could use some middle management. The Mentorship 'approach' is mostly useless.
