      Pros

      People are very talented and some projects are very rewarding but that’s it.

      Cons

      Leadership it’s terrible, layoffs are unjustified and always trying to say clients, market and industry that Wizeline it’s cool and hiding the reality from the inside. Career development it’s zero and promotions are for a very few ones who leadership likes and select.

      None, it is a company with mediocre recruiters and false and lying processes. Other colleagues similarly experienced the same mediocre process without feedback. BAD COMPANY.

      It was good while I worked there. Projects not that interesting. Good perks but I think there are companies with better benefits.

      Cons

      I felt kind of insecure and like I was going to lose my job, specially if you're in bench.
