Pros
The company is in growth mode. So there's always an opportunity to jump into the next big thing. My contributions are valued and recognized. E-staff is involved and interested in the details of every Wizeliner. Team members get pleasantly surprised when they walk into members of the e-staff and they recognize their names, the project, and what exactly is going on with them. Finally, I've rarely received a no to a pitch or idea I want to try. Especially if it is something out of the box and innovative.
Cons
There are growing pains and there have been unpopular decisions in reaction to the current market challenges. But nothing different than what's going on in all other companies in the industry.
