I love working at Wizeline! I've been here for almost 2 years and it was a major change from my previous jobs. They try to balance the best of the startup experience and an ever expanding global company. Wizeliners have the liberty to suggest new initiatives, and get the support to carry them out. We've been looking for the magic formula for the best combination between home office and coming to the office, but it's nice they give us the prerogative to choose. Leadership makes an effort to adapt quickly to our industry's changes, and make sure our talent has the tools to grow and succeed.
Cons
The tech industry has gone through seismic shifts over the past 5 years. Constant change is the name of the game, so our strategy to adapt needs a little finessing. We have great intentions, it's just a matter of further developing our identity.
