- Good initial intentions, but latest decisions show otherwise - Nice people - Good place for entry level positions, look to find a new job after 2 years

Cons

- For senior engineers there are better options. They add you responsibilities and overhead even when you are already full with customer work. Using your time for learning is just a reality for those, lucky ones, with customer's that are not requesting a lot from you. - People without knowledge of what is going on with customer's projects and their needs are taking bad decisions that impact the customer. - Cronysm - Layoffs of top performers

Great people (team members). Great perks. Some good projects.

Cons

As any other company with exponential growth, they hired people that doesn't have the level, juniors hired as seniors. The exec is looking just for their own economical benefit, they are looking just for the bonuses, and they don't really care about people.

Quick wins mentality interpreted as "quick and dirty" "only for the sake of the quick dollar" Poor management towards employees No serious career path, just one "cookie cutter" taken from some old book of management probably People with the leadership and vision that makes Wizeline awesome company "in theory" is too detached from the people doing the day work.
