Pros

Although it is no longer a good company to work for, the colleagues are good

Cons

It is simply another exploitative company, you have to ask for vacations 6 weeks before or they are automatically cancelled, you have to have a minimum of certain years to be promoted or they are automatically cancelled (even if you exceed the required amount), at any moment you can be fired, you can go a long time without a raise, etc... it is simply a very bad company to work for.

Pros

The benefits are the advantages. It has all the common benefits for other companies Savings Funds Major Medical Insurance PTOs over the law Christmas bonus 30 days etc..

Cons

The company looks to spend a lot in marketing. My impression before joining wizeline is a good company with the best projects and clients. Now after seven months wizeline has been the worst experience working in colsutant it companies. Everything depends of the luck you have joining a project. Wizeline Management used to be rude applying micromanagement. Even you mentioned that you are not comftable with your current project you dont receive any help. There was a massive layoff during july 2022 and seems like Wizeline is still firing people but trying to hide that info

Pros

Just above the average perks offered by any other consultancy company, good salary for 5-6 years ago, now it is not competitive.

Cons

It used to be a good company but due to poor decisions by the Staff it is now one of the worst places to work, there is no career growth, there is a lot of micromanaging, a policy of fear of being fired if you are not on a project and they do not take care of the employee.
