Pros

- Okay compensation - Some good clients & projects (your experience REALLY depends on this) - Good perks & benefits - Good learning opportunities

Cons

- They don't care about your role and will assign you to whatever project they can, be it SRE, SWE, DE, DS, QA, etc. - No salary adjustment for inflation - Really hard to get a promotion or a salary increase - Constantly add more bureaucracy to every little thing - Have to request vacations >6 weeks in advance - E-staff constantly makes terrible decisions out of nowhere with no regards to employees' opinions - If you're not assigned to a project for more than 2 months be afraid because odds are they'll probably fire you

Pros

The people, Wizeline has an amazing group of people working there. A lot of good professionals, people genuinely open to help and open to learn and growth.

Cons

Poor leadership, Wizeline was a big disappointment in my professional career, I came here with a lot of good expectations, focused on bringing all my experience and helping the company grow. However, your leadership team is very disconnected from the real situations of the business. I decided to go to another opportunity and I was not part of the lay offs, and my decision was due to the lack of communication, I found the E-Staff disconnected, with different approach and without commitment to improve, to grow; they only focus on personal interest and not on the success of the company. I think it's been hard for them to grow into a big company and they're stuck in their change management.

Pros

Well paid job and benefits.

Cons

Wizeline think that I need to work overtime for free. I have my full-time project assignment and they want me to participare in 'optional' initiatives, but if you don't participate, she will push you on the bus tires or she will point you out for voluntarism.
