Small offices in Colombia, layoffs, big difference of salaries between engineers in the same position

It is simply another exploitative company, you have to ask for vacations 6 weeks before or they are automatically cancelled, you have to have a minimum of certain years to be promoted or they are automatically cancelled (even if you exceed the required amount), at any moment you can be fired, you can go a long time without a raise, etc... it is simply a very bad company to work for.
