      Pros

      Compensation and benefits is good, interesting clients, opportunities to take ownership and contribute, can control career development

      Cons

      No transparency, dishonest messages, unclear company objectives, the policies, procedures, leadership and structure change often, uncertainty about job security, culture is worsening, team members unexpectedly being laid off and leaving team with no replacement or support

      Pros

      Culture is good, I think most people working here are good coworkers, if you are starting as Software Engineer, there are a lot of opportunities to grow and learn, compensations & benefits are good

      Cons

      Recently there have been some changes to processes that affect the employees but they are supposed to benefit the client. The opinion of the employees is not considered. Also, if you land in an account where the client has a negative culture you are stuck for at least 6 months.
