      Great culture. Awesome offices. Better than usual perks (in Mexico terms)

      Cons

      Salary is too average. Hard to grow if you are not an extrovert. Projects you are assigned to could either be challenging or way too bad. Chances are higher on the latter. It's easier to change company than change project.
