No leadership, only bosses who care about looking good by sacrificing their team. 10. No promotions or basically multiple excuses to give promotions, career paths seem to be made so that they are not achievable.

Project Managers and Managers are only interested in the clients necessities and will sacrifice you for them if necessary. Your experience in this company depends entirely on which client you are assigned to. They will demand that you go to the office at least 3 times a week even if your work can entirely be done remotely. It's almost impossible to get to a new level or better salary, it's easier to just look for another job. They demand that you fulfill the responsibilities of the higher role for a year before paying you for it.
