      +The people here create a culture that is definitely top-notch. Perfect for people who like to go above and beyond, there are multiple career and learning opportunities. +There are plenty of internal initiatives. +The client catalog is pretty extensive which can lead you to gaining exposure in different industries, it's also a good way to work with different tech. +Wizeline provides free educational opportunities with Wizeline Academy, this opportunities are not limited to Wizeline employees which is something that I love. +Ownership is greatly appreciated, and in fact it is expected. If you do not like something and want to improve it or simply have an idea to create something new, you are free to propose it and most certainly will also be thrusted to execute it. +Remote work is a big plus. +Good salaries and benefits.

      Cons

      +The company is rapidly growing and thus, there is a lot of change. Management needs to focus on communication and building up leadership. Hypergrowth can also make of us feel like our job is constantly at risk. +Your experience here will largely depend on the account you are assigned to. You can work with in an amazing project or get assigned to an account that's not so great, which could also work in your favor if you use it as a learning opportunity. +Not all managers follow Wizeline values.

      Wizeline is an excellent company that is fully committed to its values. It is a place where people can grow and find a safe environment where you can share opinions. In addition, Wizleine fosters diversity, equity, and inclusion. and you can notice it on daily basis activities. A normal Wizleiner day: starts with people interaction, where you can notice the collaboration, the opening to hear new opinions, and the collaboration.

      Wizliene is a company that is in the transition to becoming a large organization, For this reason, it is building the processes needed to support this kind of change.
